Mare’s Winner

Sorry, this took me awhile. I had to do math. And get pictures of Xan’s scarf up. One thing after another.

UMF’s pub date was 06/26/07. If you add those numbers up you get 21. No, really, I did it several times and got 21 every time. Then I counted the comments starting with Dee’s, not counting any comment by me or any correcting comments until I got to the 21st post. I counted several times. I am sure I counted right. Argh. Math.

And the winner is . . . J. Succinct kind of name, Mare would like that. For awhile I thought it was J July and then I saw somebody else listed as something July and thought, “Huh, must be sisters.” Then I noticed everbody’s last name was July. It’s the date. So it’s just “J.”

    I’ll put a book in there for you–signed to Janice?–and get the address tomorrow when you send it to Mollie. Congratulations! I think. It’s the first handbag I ever crocheted. Lucky you (g). But Mare would definitely carry it.
